Responsibilities
If you're a current or former Higher Education faculty member with a passion for teaching and innovation, we'd love to have you on our team! In this role, you'll work alongside university faculty to help them confidently navigate the evolving role of AI in higher education. You'll support educators in the intentional integration of Google's AI tools, including Gemini, Gems, and NotebookLM, to enhance teaching, streamline workflows, and create more engaging learning experiences for students.

Deliver Professional Learning: Collaborate with our team to design and facilitate engaging, hands-on workshops and cohort experiences for university faculty, both virtually and in person.
Support Faculty Adoption: Help professors confidently and responsibly integrate AI into teaching, learning, and academic workflows using frameworks inspired by the Google AI Educator Series.
Provide Coaching & Guidance: Support faculty as they redesign assessments, refine course materials, and explore meaningful applications of AI in higher education.
Stay Current: Keep up with emerging AI tools, higher education trends, and institutional guidance to bring relevant, practical insights to faculty learning experiences.
Qualifications
Higher Education Experience: Current or former higher education faculty member (Adjunct, Lecturer, or Tenured/Tenure-Track Professor) with a proven track record of teaching excellence.
Google AI & Workspace Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Google AI Educator series, and hands-on capability with Gemini, Gems, and NotebookLM.
Experience Leading Educators: Proven experience delivering professional development, mentoring peers, or leading workshops within an academic environment.
Pedagogical Alignment: A strong belief in student-centered learning, authentic assessment in the age of AI, and a commitment to helping educators bridge the gap between technology and pedagogy.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills, with the ability to navigate institutional faculty cultures with empathy and authority.
